The gravel cycling in the nut and olive production areas is fantastic. • Our cycling guides speak English and Italian - and some of them also Norwegian. They are of course well-known locally and command a large register of knowledge about culture, cycling, food and history. • Pizza baking with some of Italy's best pizza chefs. • Would you like a wine tasting? Do you want to go shopping? Play golf or visit Rome? Let us know and we will take care of the organisation.

SUGGESTED AGENDA

DAY 1

We pick you up at the airport and travel to the small town of Vasanello. Welcome to Casa Etronia's tavern with sparkling wine and something to eat, as well as an introduction to the house and the town of Vasanello. We settle in and calm down before dinner is eaten at one of the city's good restaurants.


DAY 2

Breakfast at the house's breakfast restaurant, "Bar Centrale", then we meet in the tavern for a review of the day's cycling tour. We take a bike ride with lunch (the bike rides are adapted to the group's wishes and level). Then we relax and meet for dinner. The evening ends in the piazza (square) in Vasanello.


DAY 3

Breakfast at the house's breakfast restaurant, "Bar Centrale", then we meet in the tavern for a review of the day's cycling tour. Perhaps you want a trip with a little more climbing today, or plan to go cycling around one of the lakes in the area? After the cycling we gather at Bar Movida for a glass of piazza. Dinner is taken at another one of Vasanello's very good restaurants.


DAY 4

Breakfast at the house's breakfast restaurant, "Bar Centrale", then we meet in the tavern to review the day's programme. Either more cycling, for those who would like to "swallow miles", or perhaps this is the day for shopping? Or a visit to the beach in Tarquinia? We start the evening with sparkling wine in the tavern at Casa Eteonia before we go to learn how to bake pizza at one of Italy's coziest restaurants.


DAY 5

Breakfast at the house's breakfast restaurant, "Bar Centrale", then we meet in the tavern to review the day's programme. Plan for more cycling, or spend the day in Rome - with the train from Orte, the journey to Italy's capital takes just under an hour. In the evening there will be pizza baking and of course everyone gets to eat their own "magical" pizza.


DAY 6

Breakfast at the house's breakfast restaurant, "Bar Centrale", before departure for the airport.
